Paper Submission

Full Paper

  • Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the instructions at Manuscript Formatting and Templates.
  • To ensure the high quality of the accepted papers, all submissions will be peer-reviewed. Please only submit original material where copyright of all parts is owned by the authors declared and which is not currently under review elsewhere.
  • Accepted and presented papers will be published into conference proceedings.

Abstracts

For those papers do not want to be published but presenting and discussing at the conference, you can submit an abstract first, for presentation only. Your abstract will not be published but only included in the conference program book.

  • Notification of acceptance: October 30th, 2025
  • Registration deadline: November 20th, 2025
  • Conference dates: January 23-25, 2026

Poster/Oral Presentation

Accepted articles will be invited for as oral or poster presentation, depending on the nature and quality of the paper.


During the review process, the Program Committee reserves the right to modify the originally submitted presentation format to optimize the conference program schedule. Such modifications may include changing an oral presentation to an oral flash presentation format, or converting a poster presentation to an oral presentation. Presenting Authors will be formally notified of any adjustments to their presentation format at the time of acceptance notification. Please note that all decisions regarding presentation format modifications made by the Program Committee are considered final and binding.

Reviewing Procedure

Double-blind review. The paper selection will follow a double-blind review process, meaning that both the authors and reviewers will remain anonymous during the paper selection process.


Plagiarism Announcement. Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

  • Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
  • Report the author's violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
  • Report the author's violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency
  • Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”
  • Camera-ready Paper

    If your paper is accepted for publication at this conference, you will also need to adhere to the following requirements:

    • Make improvements under the review comments in the camera-ready version of the paper.
    • REMINDER: At least one author per paper must be registered AND attend the conference to present their paper.
